Introducing Emily Leilua
Founder of Nourisher Women’s Health
Degree-Qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist
Emily holds a Bachelor of Natural Medicine (BNatMed) and a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) and is a registered member of the Naturopaths & Medical Herbalists of New Zealand. She has completed further post-graduate training in Clinical Nutrition and Natural Fertility, equipping her to work with a wide range of health concerns using evidence-based naturopathic and nutritional care.
Emily is especially passionate about supporting women and couples through their fertility and reproductive health journeys. Her approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in scientific research— empowering her patients with knowledge and confidence in their health.
Nourisher Women’s Health was born after Emily’s personal experience navigating Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Through her own healing journey, Emily discovered the life-changing power of natural medicine—and recognised the lack of support available for women on similar paths.
In 2022, Emily became a mother herself—an experience that has only deepened her empathy and commitment to helping women navigate the transitions into motherhood. She feels honoured to walk alongside women and families during some of the most sacred and transformative seasons of their lives.
