The initial consultation is a thorough health investigation into your current health concerns, medical history, diet and lifestyle, as well as any recent blood and/or diagnostic tests. You will receive a personalised treatment plan that includes health goals, dietary, lifestyle and any further testing recommendations, as well as nutritional/supplementation and herbal medicine support.

A follow up consultation assesses treatment progress and is a chance for us to make further changes. This includes analysis of any pathology and functional testing results, monitoring of nutritional and herbal supplementation, and any specialised dietary and lifestyle advice. This is a great way to track your progress. A follow up is generally recommend at 4-6 week intervals and the number of follow-up appointments is dependent on the presenting concerns.

This mini appointment is a chance to have your recent blood results interpreted to you. In this consult, you will gain a deeper understanding of your results, suggestions for what you can do to help improve your levels and receive access to high-quality practitioner grade supplements, if necessary.
