Estimated Delivery Timeframes
All orders will be processed within 2 business days of being placed and payment being received. Preorder items will be shipped during the allocated time frame. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Expect a slight delay for rural address and south island deliveries.

If there are any delays due to stock or dispatch issues, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
General Information
All orders are sent using our courier partners, NZ POST. Once shipped, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays or missing products in transit, please use the tracking link provided to track your parcel and liaise with the given courier service.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We cannot alter address details once the order has been processed.
In the rare case you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us directly at hello@nourisher.co.nz with your full name and order number and we will happily look into it for you.
Please note, we do not ship to PO box addresses.
Packaging
All our orders are packaged in 100% recyclable & compostable courier bags made entirely from plants or other biodegradable materials such as a cardboard box. We aim to reduce the plastic to a minimum and use recycled materials where possible.
Returns and Refunds
Please shop mindfully before considering a purchase. For any specific information regarding safety of a product during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with medications, please follow the advice of your healthcare professional. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Faulty Goods, Damages or Issues
Please contact us immediately if the goods arrive damaged or you have received the wrong item at hello@nourisher.co.nz so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify as quickly as possible. We must receive notification within 2 business days, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage in order for us to make a claim with the courier. After this period, we will not be able to accept any claims for goods damaged during transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods/tinctures (such as food, flowers, or plant products) or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
