If there is ever a time to prioritise your health it is during the preconception stage. Ideally this is at least 3 months prior to wanting to conceive but the earlier the better. This webinar is for you if you are wanting to conceive this year. It is also suitable if you are already pregnant as all recommendations will be appropriate for you - particularly the nutrient recommendations and blood test analysis.
