Unlike other more intense challenges, THE REBUILD is about rebuilding the key foundations that make the biggest impact to our overall health — adequate nourishment, strength, hormonal balance, a supported nervous system— while honouring the realities of postpartum life during broken sleep, shifting hormones, breastfeeding (if applicable), and nutrient and nervous system recovery.
This program is designed to be completed in 3 rounds.
Why 3 Rounds of THE REBUILD?
I strongly recommend completing in three rounds and gradually increasing intensity over time.
Each round allows your body to:
Adapt safely
Adjust goals and actions accordingly
Heal progressively
Build strength steadily
Support hormone regulation
Protect your pelvic floor and core
Restore → Build → Strengthen
Round 1 is about simply showing up and restoring the basics.
Round 2 is about consistency & building on your foundations.
Round 3 is about continuing to build capacity and strengthen.
