Nutritional Yeast Energy Spread

 

Nutritional brewer’s yeast is an excellent source of B vitamins, important for adequate energy levels.
This yummy spread is a vegemite lovers dream!

Preparation: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1tbsp tamari soy sauce

  • 1/2tbsp water

  • 1/2tbsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix

  2. Enjoy with 10 Ceres Organics rice crackers.

Tip - Double the recipe and store in the fridge for the next day when you feel that mid-arvo energy slump hit!
