+ HOW TO TAKE
Adults over 12 years: Use a dry teaspoon to mix 4.4g (1 heaped teaspoon) of powder into 100ml of water or add to a smoothie for a delicious berry flavoured drink. Take once daily for best results. Seal jar tightly after use.
