How to use:

• Dab on pulse points (wrists or temples). *The clary sage is infused in sweet almond oil so it is safe to directly apply to skin.
  

This blend can also be used to ease menstrual discomfort. Massage a small amount onto the abdomen or lower back cramps during menstruation to ease discomfort.
