Direction For Use

Take one capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, take for 3-4 months prior to conception.

Cautions

Warning: The nutrients in this supplement may interact with drugs, foods and other nutrients. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period of time. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
